Disturbance in Tecumseh results in an attempted murder charge

A 51-year-old Tecumseh man faces attempted murder and other charges after a disturbance at a home on 10th Concession Road.

The Ontario Provincial Police arrived at 2:51 a.m. Wednesday and found the suspect and two victims suffering from non-life-threatening injuries.

In addition to the attempted murder offence, Andrew Robert Brewin also faces assault with a weapon, intimidation, theft under $5,000, and breach of recognizance charges.

The charges have not been proven in court.

The suspect is being held in police custody until a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor.
