January 18, 2026If you have a daughter between the ages of 7 and 10 who has expressed an interest in softball, a free camp is coming up in February.

Additional information: Wind chill values will moderate through this afternoon, although they are still expected to be near minus 20. Wind chill values of minus 25 to minus 30 may return tonight into Wednesday morning. ### Extreme cold puts everyone at risk. Risks are greater for young children, older adults, people with chronic illnesses, people working or exercising outdoors, and those without proper shelter. Watch for cold related symptoms: shortness of breath, chest pain, muscle pain and weakness, numbness and colour change in fingers and toes.
