Fri. and Sat., May 9th and 10th, now for something completely different! A two night comedy fest with Steve Patterson, host of CBC's The Debaters. Steve has 4 very funny friends joining him, 2 each night. Friday night Arthur Simeon and Elvira Kurt, followed on Saturday evening with Kate Davis and Dave Hemstad. Both nights, at the Mary Webb Centre for the Arts in Highgate, have the art gallery and licenced bar are open at 7:00 pm with the concert starting at 8:00 pm. $50 each for Friday and Saturday evenings, $90 for both. Comedy Fest

Enjoy a concert of big band music by the Baddest Big Band with everything from Count Basie to the Beatles at St. Andrew's United Church at 7 pm. Chatham-Kent Public Library is hosting its Spring Book Sale at Chatham Branch, in the Community Living Café, between Monday, May 12 and Saturday, May 17, while supplies last. The sale is available during open hours. Chatham Branch Spring Book Sale
