Driver blows over the limit after blowing through red light

The officer believed the man behind the wheel was under the influence of alcohol, so he was taken to police headquarters for some breath tests.
He was later charged with impaired driving and having a blood alcohol concentration over the legal limit.
Police said he was also issued some summons for Highway Traffic Act and insurance-related offences.

Police obtained a warrant for his arrest and he finally turned himself in at police headquarters just after 11:30 a.m. Monday.
He was charged with possession of stolen property and was taken into custody pending a bail hearing before he was released by the court with conditions and a future court date.
